Packing for Paris: What's Actually in My Bag
My travel supplement lineup, my gut game plan, and yes, the peptides that are coming too.
Paris is almost here! I’m up to my eyeballs in supplements, underwear, and outfits that may never see the light of day, but JUST IN CASE, AMIRITE??
Here’s my rule when I travel. I don’t stray too far from my day-to-day. My daily supplements are custom blended for my DNA, so they’re already doing exactly what my body needs, and I’m not about to swap that out for some random travel multivitamin. What I DO crank up is how seriously I dial in my gut. Travel is hard on digestion. The food is different, the wine is flowing, and my system always knows when it’s off its home turf.
So here’s everything coming with me.

BPC-157, starting a week early
I start dosing oral BPC-157 about a week before I travel and keep it going the whole trip. It’s one of my favorites for supporting the gut lining and calming down food sensitivities, which matters a LOT when I’m about to eat my way through a different country. Bonus: it helps with muscle soreness (we are going to walk our buns off in Paris) and it’s a lovely general anti-inflammatory.
Digestive enzymes, heavy on the DAO
I always up the ante on digestive support when I travel. My everyday digestive enzymes come with me, and I get especially heavy-handed with DAO for extra histamine support, because I will be drinking wine and champagne and building a charcuterie board into a personality trait. Upping my enzymes, especially the ones working while I sleep, makes a real difference in how I feel the next morning. Mary & Jane sleepy dream melts
For the overnight flight, I’m bringing my Mary & Jane sleepy CBD/CBN dream melts. They’re my go-to for actually sleeping on a plane instead of staring at the seat back for eight hours.
In-flight support
A few things I keep in my personal item for the flight itself:
Relyte electrolytes. These go on the plane with me and stay in rotation the whole trip. Flying is dehydrating and I would rather get ahead of it than chase it.
King Coffee: Organic freeze-dried instant coffee + reishi spores. Great for clean caffeine without the crash! I travel with it every single time.
Everyday Dose protein coffee. I just got these new protein coffee packets from Everyday Dose that were gifted to me, and they are absolutely coming along. 10g protein + adaptogens!!
Amare Happy Juice. A splurge— I ordered a box of this for the trip. It’s a nice little energy boost and a probiotic in one, which is exactly the kind of double duty I want when I’m living out of a suitcase.
Bonjout Beauty Le Balm. I am obsessed with this one and it is coming with me. It lives on my nightstand as my overnight lip balm and actually stays on till morning, I swipe it over my cuticles, and on the plane I use it as a facial moisturizer, the same way I do at home in the dry winter months. It is a solid serum, so it packs in my carry-on with zero liquid drama. And the packaging is très chic, which never hurts.
CorneaCare eye masks. Self-heating warm compresses I keep in my personal item and throw on during the flight. They feel incredible on tired, dry eyes at altitude.
Keeping it organized. My supplements travel in my supplement organizer, and my peptides ride along in my BINK bottle.
Now, the peptides.
Let me tell you the thing my comments section cannot handle: I travel with my peptides. I always have. I have a whole viral reel of people arguing with me that you can’t take peptides on a plane, especially on an international flight. I’ve done it many times. I’ve done it to Paris specifically. It’s fine, y’all. 💉🧬
My top tip is simple: pre-dose your syringes for only as many days as you’re traveling. For a trip of a week or so, that’s a week of pre-drawn syringes and nothing extra. I wrote a whole article on exactly how I do it, and it’s easier than you think.
